Each Krafters MaddHouse piece is thoughtfully handmade using gemstones, metals, beads, wire, and other carefully chosen materials. A little gentle care will help your jewelry remain beautiful for as long as possible. 🤍 ✝
EVERYDAY CARE
• Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, hairspray, makeup, and other beauty products.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or sleeping.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water, household cleaners, chlorine, salt water, and other chemicals.
• Handle clasps, chains, charms, and handmade wirework gently. Never pull or force them.
GEMSTONE CARE
Natural gemstones can vary in hardness and sensitivity. To safely care for your gemstone jewelry, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Avoid soaking gemstones or using ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, chemical jewelry dips, or abrasive products unless you know they are safe for that specific stone.
METAL & PLATED FINISHES
Stainless steel is durable, but it still benefits from gentle cleaning and dry storage.
Copper and brass naturally develop a darker patina over time. This is a normal reaction to air, moisture, and your individual skin chemistry—not a defect. A soft polishing cloth can help restore shine.
Plated and colored finishes may gradually change with wear. Avoid rubbing, harsh polishing, chemicals, and frequent water exposure to help preserve the finish.
Do not use metal-polishing products on plated jewelry or directly against gemstones.
BRACELET CARE
Roll stretch bracelets gently over your hand instead of pulling or stretching them wide.
Memory-wire bracelets should wrap naturally around the wrist. Avoid bending, flattening, or pulling them out of shape.
STORAGE
Store jewelry clean and dry, preferably in its own pouch or compartment. Keeping pieces separated helps prevent scratches, tangles, tarnish, and damage.
